Turnaround Scheduler KAP Project Services / ConocoPhillips
• Scheduled for pre and turnaround Hydrocracker project as a third party scheduler.
• Utilized Primavera 6.0 to develop and monitor the schedule from scratch.
• Worked daily with Flour Construction’ master scheduler in building the master schedule.
• Assisted in including schedule and logic ties for another contractor who would have no scheduler on site until turnaround began.
• Oversaw on-site refinery schedule for the Contractor for a $50MM piping project – demo and install.
• Utilized ISO drawings to build logic driven, resource loaded schedules.
• Set up the Primavera project structure, including coding, resources, layouts, filters and templates.
• Partnered with estimators, QA/QC, and field staff to build schedules; preparing schedules that included blinding, scaffolding, civil, structural, valves, piping, rigging, hydrotest, insulation, paint, etc.
